Use this action to add a printer to user profile remotely, delete printer remotely or do other print management on remote computers. It works similar to adding a printer remotely using PowerShell or installing a printer remotely via psexec or other command line tools, but it?s centrally managed and controlled from the Cloud.
A network printer is a printing device shared via network with multiple workstations. Connecting to a network printer requires installation of local drivers and adding remote printer connection settings (such as network name or IP address) to the local printing configuration. Action1 can automate this process by running this action on all of your managed workstations.
